How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most of our handcrafted items ship within 5-10 business days. Custom furniture or made-to-order upholstery may take 4-6 weeks for production and delivery. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States and Canada. For shipping to other international destinations, please contact our customer service team for a custom freight quote.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made items, such as personalized signs or custom-upholstered seating, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
Are your cowhide and leather products sustainably sourced?
Yes, all our cowhides and leathers are sourced as by-products of the food industry. We work closely with ethical tanneries to ensure high-quality, sustainable materials for our rugs and furniture.
